Feedback form is now closed.
In this workshop, the participants will collaboratively train their abilities to influence the social and organizational outcomes of the work performed personally and by their teams.

We will offer you a management-perspective combined with a philosophical and psychological perspective on leadership. You will be given the chance to use the two perspectives as tools or means to increase your understanding of the needs of your stakeholders and their strategic needs. You have experienced leading, motivating, managing testing; we will train your ability to act, producing significant outcomes for stakeholders.

The tutorial is ‘experiential’ in the sense that you will learn through a combination of short lectures and exploration and experiencing. It is imperative, that you are eager to participate in the facilitated activities in the tutorial.

The goal for us is for you to experience clarity, power, and virtuosity for action in your daily work with software testing and quality.
