I love to talk to people about challenges they face in workplace/life and how they have overcome them or how they envision they will overcome them. I believe people and their zeal to make things better is what drives innovation and progress. This is also true in organizations. No matter what technology stack you use , if people don't believe in it , it would be hard to solve the simplest problems. However If your team and people do believe in the vision , the hardest of the problems can be solved easily.

Mathur is a Bioinformatics Software Test Manager with an engineering background
in Bioinformatics. She has more than 10 years of software testing experience.
She has worked as a manual and automation tester on a wide range of products
like instrument software, LIMS, web-applications and integrated solutions which
are used in the fields of agriculture, transplant genomics, forensics and
oncology. Currently she leads the Bioinformatics Software Test team at Guardant
Health, which builds the world’s leading comprehensive liquid biopsy. This
non-invasive tool for accessing and sequencing tumor DNA is used by oncologists
to help advanced cancer patients. She has recently started a chapter for “Women
Who Test” in the bay area and hopes to grow this community. In her spare time,
she loves to spend time with her family and write new songs for her son.
